At first glance, Testogen contains some of the most potent testosterone boosters in existence.
This is quite good news, as many supplements claim to be potent, but in reality, they are all just fluff and chalk.
D-aspartate, also known as DAA, is currently the king of testosterone boosters. It can increase T levels by up to 42% in less than two weeks!
In human studies, we found that when consuming a daily dose of 10 ml of a 2n sodium D-aspartate solution (3.12 g) for 12 consecutive days, serum luteinizing hormone and testosterone levels significantly increased by 33% and 42%, respectively.
The preferred form is DAA-CC, but regular DAA is quite good.
Many studies link low zinc levels to low testosterone levels, which leads to hypogonadism. Scientists agree that zinc supplementation helps reverse hypogonadism and restores testosterone synthesis.
Zinc supplementation in mildly deficient older men for six months resulted in an increase in serum testosterone concentration from 8.3 +/- 6.3 to 16.0 +/- 4.4 nmol/L (p = 0.02). We conclude that zinc may play an important role in modulating serum testosterone levels in healthy men. |
